At first, the full name of BLDC Fan is Brushless Direct Current Motor. In the fan market, there is two kind of fan motor, the common one is AC fan, another one is BLDC Fan. AC motor stands for alternating motor.

The rotor and stator are spin by electricity. On the contrary, the rotor and stator are spin by magnet effect and electricity. For this reason, we can observe that BLDC Fan is 50% energy saving than AC Fan.
