How to clean the fan

1. Ensure that the fan is switched off from the supply mains before removing the plug from the socket. Do not pull the cord or appliance itself in order to disconnect the plug from the socket. Remove the plug from the socket by grabbing the plug.

2. Ensure that the fan is switched off from the supply mains before removing the guard.

3. Disassembly of the fan can be achieved by reversing the assembly instructions.

4. Wipe off dirt from plastic and metal surfaces using a soft dry cloth. Do not immerse the fan into water or any other liquid to protect against electrical shock. Do not use detergents, solvents or abrasives.

5. If the fan is not used for a long period, protect it with a suitable cover after cleaning, then store in a dry place.
