Secret of NAKKA N12DC Motor

NAKKA BLDC Fan has the advantages of high energy efficiency, stable operation and low noise. Today I would like to introduce the DC motor that we independently developed. 

NAKKA now has three types of motors, which are N12DC, N10DC and W6.4DC series. The three series are all using the latest BLDC technology, according to the different use environment.  We have also carried out relative adjustment, with high energy efficiency, stable operation, low noise and other advantages. The 18 Inch industrial stand fan is used N12DC motor with LVD display control panel.

The round frame cast iron structure, strong seismic, bearing chamber precision after precision machining to + or - 0.001mm. Using 100% pure copper enameled wire, stator selection of high quality silicon steel sheet. In order to make the motor more reliable and stable, our rotor adopts integrated injection molding technology, which avoids the risk of magnet falling off due to glue aging. 

Therefore, the full-sealing DC motor has the features of moisture proof, dust-proof, energy conservation and long-lasting.
